Easy Homemade Bruschetta

Bruschetta is toasted Italian bread drenched in olive oil and served typically with garlic or tomatoes. Using the word drenched describes me and the way I eat a lot of my food.

Drenched in gravy, oil or any sauce is the way I was raised.

I like making Bruschetta as a little appetizer while I prepare dinner or sometimes just as a snack during the day. I don't care when really, I just love eating it.

Easy Homemade Bruschetta

Ths summertime is a good time to make this because you can use all the fresh tomatoes and herbs that are coming in.

See it's easy and fast to make this and you can make ahead and just keep on hand for when company comes over.

Coming up here on Foodie Friday we are going to be talking about Sunday dinner. As a Southern girl, we always take our Sunday dinners very serious. Stay tuned for that.

Until next time!
