This past Christmas my family adopted a cat from the Iredell Humane Society. I took a trip to the shelter and had to choose one. This was so hard to do, I felt like a bad person because I couldn't bring them all home. She was a present on Christmas morning for my children Austin & Ella. We love having her here in our home. She is fun and playful and really is getting settled nicely. If you have a shelter in you area, stop by and take a look at all of the animals that need a good home. See Cookie relaxing on the couch.
